We currently ship within the United States.

Processing & Fulfillment

Most orders ship the next business day after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, carrier disruptions, or unexpected delays, processing may take longer than usual. If there is a meaningful delay with your order, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Estimated Delivery

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates and any available free shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, email us as soon as possible at orders@thesundayhound.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or been handed to the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. While we cannot control carrier delays or delivery issues, we will always do our best to help.

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at orders@thesundayhound.com with your order number and tracking information.

We may ask you to confirm your shipping address, check with neighbors or household members, and contact the carrier as part of the review process.
