Our Fulfillment Process

At The Sunday Hound, every order is prepared with care and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking email with real-time updates — no need to check twice.

Delivery times vary by location, though most U.S. orders arrive within just a few days of leaving our facility.

Please note:

  • Fulfillment begins shortly after your order is placed.
  • Once processing begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every formula and believe in thoughtful, fair resolutions.

While we’re unable to accept physical returns, all refund and replacement requests are handled with care.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a brief description and photo.

Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We’ll verify the claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Unopened, Unused Items

Due to the nature of our care products, we cannot accept returns of unused or unwanted items.

If you no longer wish to keep a product, we encourage you to gift, donate, or responsibly discard it.

We handle each inquiry personally and may offer a refund or store credit — particularly for first-time orders.

Refunds in these cases are reviewed individually and approved on a case-by-case basis.
