How It Works

We keep you informed from the moment your order is placed to the day it arrives.

Once your order is confirmed, it moves into fulfillment — typically within 2–5 business days.

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link and delivery estimate.

Most U.S. orders arrive within just a few days of leaving our facility.

Track Your Order

You can view your order status anytime:

  • Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Or log into your account to view order history and updates

Marked “Delivered” but Not Received?

Although it can be frustrating, carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive. If that happens:

  • Wait 24 hours
  • Check nearby doors or delivery access points
  • Ask neighbors or building staff

Still Waiting on a Tracking Email?

If it’s been more than 5 business days since your order was placed and you haven’t received a shipping update, email orders@thesundayhound.com with your order number. We’ll look into it immediately.
